Art Lieb, Owner
Art Lieb founded Terminus Residential in 2020 when he saw a glaring need for professional property management services for single family homes, townhomes, condominium units, and small multifamily properties. Art has a passion for Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods and these areas are the focus of Terminus Residential. In his capacity as Owner, Art oversees the entire company operations including leasing, accounting, maintenance, human resources, and client relations.
Art has over 20 years of experience in property management, managing real estate assets all over Atlanta, and many other states. He started investing in real estate in 2015, and treats all managed properties the same way as if they were his own assets. He provides his expertise and “lessons learned” to clients to help them get the most benefit from their rental properties and avoid common pitfalls.
Art is a graduate of the University of Florida Warrington College of Business with a degree in Marketing. He is active in the Atlanta Apartment Association and is a 2024-2026 board member of Open Doors ATL and a member of the URJ Camp Coleman Committee. He lives in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife Jennifer and sons Asher, Darren, and Greyson.

Jennifer Sudderth, Broker-in-Charge
Jennifer Sudderth has is an experienced real estate broker with over 30 years in the industry. Licensed since 1994 and a broker since 2017, she has a proven track record in both real estate transactions and property management.
Jennifer also has many years of experience with property renovations and capital projects. With a strong passion for real estate, she has been investing in rental properties for many years. Jennifer currently resides in downtown Flowery Branch, GA, and is the proud mother of a daughter who lives in Jacksonville, FL.
